I'm a 30-something shoe-aholic & I started doing Body for Life a while back. So I try to stay in shape & eat right. ...believe I've neglected ye ole blog here for so long. I've been busy getting moved and various other "whatnot". But the biggest news we've missed together, dear readers, is that 3 days ago was the 1 year mark for me NOT smoking cigarettes! Confetti, please. I'll be back in the swing here soon, I hope. But I wanted to stop and say Thank you for all the support!
