Way to go, Matt!

I've said it before and I'll say it again: The Biggest Loser is awesome. I truly hate reality TV, but that show is really positive, I think. And my boy, Matt! I'd like to shake his hand...As for me...the scale today said I'm at 115 lbs. Sounds good, no? Well, I'm maintaining the weight, but not the muscle. I fear I'm getting soft in the middle. I think I'm gonna start reading Body for Life again (the book, I mean). Gotta gear up for the next challenge! I haven't heard from you guys in a while, so drop those holiday credit cards and drop me a line!
