Recipe of the Week


Here's a recipe I found on the forum at JP Fitness. Enjoy!

Spinach dip

8oz cottage cheese
1/4c milk
1tbs lemon juice
dash worcestershire sauce
red pepper flakes (optional)
salt\pepper to taste
1/4 small onion diced
2 cloves garlic minced
8oz chopped up spinach

saute the onion and garlic & set aside

Toss cottage cheese, milk, worcestershire sauce, red flakes, salt & pepper in the blender and let it do it's thing until smooth. Add in spinach, onion & garlic...viola!
