I'm a 30-something shoe-aholic & I started doing Body for Life a while back. So I try to stay in shape & eat right. 6 weeks without a smoke. I only thought I was crazy before. You'd think it would get easier, and it does, but every now and then it slaps you in the face. Like when you're stuck at home sick and bored. Anyway, just lettin' ya know I'm still hangin' in there.
